Everything currently assigned to you lives on your Home page, under the My Projects tab.
💡 Who is this for? This guide is for Vendors who want to find and understand the projects and tasks assigned to them.
The My Projects List
Open Home > My Projects to see every project assigned to you, ready to work on or waiting on an earlier workflow step. Search by name or use Saved Filters, and sort by due date from the dropdown on the right.
Each row shows:
Project — the project's name, its wxrks Project ID, and the client or department it belongs to.
Workflow — the specific step assigned to you (a project can have several steps across different vendors).
Status — see Project Statuses below.
Tags — any labels a Project Manager added to the project.
Due Date — if the project has files with different due dates, this shows the earliest one; open the project to check each task's own due date.
Source / Target — the project's language pair.
Total Tasks — how many files (tasks) the project has for you.
Project Statuses
A project's status reflects the state of the workflow step(s) assigned to you within it:
Ready — every task in that workflow step is ready for you to work on.
Some Ready — you have more than one task in the same project and workflow, but not all of them are ready yet (an earlier step hasn't delivered all of them).
Not Ready — an earlier workflow step still needs to finish before your task is released to you.
Opening a Project
Click a project row to expand it and see its individual tasks, plus an action bar above them:
To start working, click a task's filename to open it in the wxrks Editor, or select two or more tasks from the same project and click Join in Editor to work on them together in one session. Each task row also shows its own progress (percentage of confirmed segments) and payable amount.
For what every action in that bar does in detail — Join in Editor, Confirm All Segments, Reject Assignment, and per-task Import/Export — see Vendor's Portal. If you don't see a project you expect here, it may still be waiting in Pending Acceptance, or unassigned and waiting for you to claim it under Available Projects — both are covered in that same article.
