The Quality Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of translation quality across an account: how much each language pair typically gets revised during review, and which kinds of changes reviewers are making most often.
💡 Who is this for? This guide is for Project Manager and Account Admin who need to monitor review-quality trends across language pairs and change categories within the wxrks platform.
Accessing the Quality Dashboard
From the left sidebar, click Quality to expand it, then click Dashboard.
1. Filters
The dashboard opens with a Filters card that controls both charts below it:
Source Languages and Target Languages — multi-select dropdowns that narrow both charts to specific language pairs. Each has its own small clear icon to reset just that field.
From and To — date pickers that limit the data to reviews created within a date range.
Reset — clears every filter (languages and dates) at once.
Both charts update automatically as soon as a filter changes — there is no separate "Apply" step.
2. Distribution of Changes by Language Pair
This chart shows the average percentage rate of significant changes — discarding preferential changes and repetitions — per language pair, based on completed reviews. A higher bar means that, on average, projects in that language pair are modified more heavily during the review phases that follow translation.
Hover over any bar to see its exact percentage.
3. Changes Type Distribution
This chart shows how the segments from completed reviews were categorized. Each bar is one review category — the reason a reviewer selected when confirming a change to a segment — and its height is the number of segments categorized that way.
The categories shown here follow whatever set is active for the account: the default categories, or your organization's own if custom review categories are enabled. To learn what each default category means, see Translation changes categories in wxrks. Hover over any bar to see its exact count.
Important behavior and edge cases
No data yet. If the account has no completed reviews, the dashboard shows a message instead of the charts. Reviews and analysis appear as soon as content has gone through a review workflow step in the Editor.
Only completed reviews count. Both charts reflect reviews that have already finished — a workflow step still in progress will not show up until it's done.
A percentage, not a raw count. The Language Pair chart is a percentage rate of significant changes, not a total number of edits, so a language pair with very few projects can still show a high percentage.
