Overview
We know that communication is key for the success of every project. With this in mind, we launched our Dynamic Feed, aiming for a different approach when treating interactions between Stakeholders within the system.
Important messages, such as notifications for new tasks, messages, and updates, will appear here. If you're a stakeholder in Projects, you'll also receive updates on status changes, new comments, and more. The feed helps you stay informed about everything happening in your organization.
💡 Who is this for? This guide is for Vendors and Project Managers who need to track project messages and updates via the Dynamic Feed within the wxrks platform.
Reading a message
In the upper body of the message, you can see who sent the message and when the message was sent. Also, there will be an indication of the tone of the message: negative, neutral, or positive.
Responding to a message
If you are a Vendor working on a project, comments left in the segments of the projects that you are working on will be displayed on the Dynamic Feed.
You can either "Go To the Message", "Reply" or "Mark as Read". All you need to do is click on the button that corresponds with the desired action.
If you select "Go to the Message", this will open in a new tab the project where the comment was made.
If you select "Reply", this will open a window with a default message, automatically replying to the project's comment. Alternately, you can write your own reply too:
Now, if you select "Mark as Read", this will hide the message from your feed:
Notifications for stakeholders
Also, if you are a Stakeholder (a client or a PM) of the project, any note left in the project's Communication tab will also be available to you in your Dynamic Feed.
Delayed project notifications
Additionally, you will receive messages regarding delays in the project workflow, like the following example:
Selecting the "Go to projects" button will lead you to the page where you can find all the projects that are delayed:
