wxrks checks your target text as you translate and underlines words it doesn't recognize directly in the segment, so you can catch typos without leaving the Editor. If your account has AI-powered checking turned on, the same underlines also flag grammar, punctuation, and style issues, not just misspellings.

A flagged word gets a colored dotted underline in the target field. Click into it (or move your cursor into it) to open a suggestion popover, where you can:

The underline disappears once you confirm the segment, even if the misspelling is still there — if you reopen a confirmed segment for editing, the underline can reappear. Add to Dictionary only appears if your role has the required Editor permission and the project's Spell Check Exception List is enabled; without either, you can still see suggestions and use Ignore.

wxrks is constantly expanding spell checker support for additional languages. See Supported Languages by wxrks Spell Checker for the current list. If your language isn't listed, contact Support so they can assess adding it.

Brand names, acronyms, and other terms a dictionary doesn't recognize can be permanently excluded from spell check by adding them to a project's (or organizational unit's) Spell Check Exception List. Setting this up is a Project Manager / Account Admin task — see Managing the Spell Check Exception List for how to enable it and add terms. As a Vendor, if you have the right permission, you can also add a word straight from the Editor's suggestion popover (above) or from a QA Check's issue list, without leaving what you're doing.
