How to log in to wxrks

How to sign in, reset a forgotten password, and reactivate a disabled account.

Everything about getting into wxrks: signing in, recovering a forgotten password, and getting a disabled account reactivated.

💡 Who is this for? This guide is for any wxrks user who needs to sign in, reset a password, or regain access to a disabled account within the wxrks platform.

Signing in

Go to the wxrks sign-in page and enter your Email Address and Password (passwords are case-sensitive — check Caps Lock if sign-in fails unexpectedly).

Two things that change what you see here, depending on your organization:

If your organization accesses wxrks through its own dedicated subdomain, you may see Sign in with Microsoft SSO instead of (or alongside) email/password — check with your administrator if you're not sure which applies to you.

If your account has multi-factor authentication turned on, you'll be prompted for a one-time code right after this step — see How to enable your MFA (multifactor authentication).

Don't have an account yet? Only an Account Admin or Project Manager can create one for you — see How to create a user.

Resetting a forgotten password

Click Forgot password? next to the Password field:

Enter your registered email address and submit — you may be asked to complete a verification check before the button activates.

You'll get a password reset email next. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, work through these before contacting support — most login problems come down to one of them:

  • Check every folder, not just your inbox — Spam, Promotions, and Social all filter mail differently, and password reset emails are a common false positive.

  • Add wxrks's sending address to your email allowlist so future emails land in your inbox.

  • Too many failed sign-in attempts can temporarily block the account as a security measure — if that happens, you'll need to contact support to unblock it. Each failed attempt shows an error, and once you're down to your last few tries, the message switches to a live countdown so you know how many attempts remain.

Your new password must meet all of these:

  • Minimum 8 characters, maximum 100

  • At least one capital letter, one number, and one special character

  • Can't reuse a previous password

Reactivating a disabled account

Resetting your password didn't help, and you still can't sign in? Your account itself may be disabled rather than the password being wrong — this happens when an admin deactivates a user, for example someone who's left the team.

  1. Check your status: ask your organization's Account Admin to confirm your account is active.

  2. Get it reactivated: only an Account Admin can reactivate a disabled account — you can't do this yourself. Once they do, sign in normally, or reset your password first if you need to.
