Timesheet for Project Managers

Log billable and non-billable hours against a project, task, or internal activity in the weekly Timesheet, and see what happens to an entry after you save it.

The Timesheet lets Project Managers log the hours they work on projects and internal activities, distinguishing between billable and non-billable time. It helps you track your weekly workload, keep project and internal activities organized, and report worked hours accurately — every submitted entry becomes visible to the Account Admin for financial control and payment processing.

💡 Who is this for? This guide is for Project Managers who need to log and manage their weekly working hours within the wxrks platform.

Accessing the Timesheet

Go to People > Timesheet in the side menu. The Timesheet is organized by weekly range, so you can log and review hours one week at a time and navigate between past or upcoming weeks.

Understanding the Weekly View

The Timesheet shows one row per activity and one column per day of the week (Monday to Sunday), so you can see at a glance how your hours are distributed across the week.
